Last weekend our new class, “Parenting in a Godless Culture,” was well-attended. This resulted in lower attendance at the 9:00 worship service but then higher at 10:45. That effect could be even more pronounced this weekend, since the teacher is Dr. Erwin Lutzer. Dr. Lutzer is well-known in Chicagoland, having been on Moody radio for many years. In light of this, we have decided to combine the 9:00 and 10:45 services into one worship service at the 10:45 hour (Saturday night is unaffected). Thus, there will be no 9:00 service on Sunday, only the parenting class with Dr. Lutzer in the gym. So we would encourage you to attend either the Saturday night service at 5:00 PM (in the gym) or Sunday morning at 10:45 AM (in the worship center). Dr. Rob Bugh, formerly senior pastor of Wheaton Bible Church, will be preaching in those services. We will also be sharing the Lord’s Supper together.
